Medicine Hole Golf Course is a nine holer north of Dickinson off I-94 by about 1 1/2 hours.
It's a wide open layout with prairie grass lining the mounded fairways and views forever out to the Killdeer Mountains, the Battlefield, and the surrounding area. The course, named after a cave in the Killdeer Mountains, has a good change in elevation, water on two holes, and interesting shot values. Two loops around is 6,600+ yards, 118 slope-a great find out in the middle of North Dakota, designed by Jim Engh.
