7005 yards, 133 slope northeast of Kalamazoo, designed by Raymond Hearn, fantastic course with wetlands, woodlands, and stunning views. The course routing is through rolling terrain with tree lined fairways, a lake and stream, and is an enjoyable course with a lot of variety in the holes. There's a good amount of room off the tee, with the fairways defined by tall native grasses, bunkers, and wetlands. The greens are large with a good amount of tricky undulations, and are moderately fast with a few two tiered greens, and accept the bump and run shot. Very well conditioned, reasonable green fees.

Excellent, fun, and unusual layout, highly underrated, but worth a visit. Conditions were excellent this week, staff, both inside and out were very attentive, and the food in the clubhouse a value. A must play and a hidden gem to be sure.
