The course is the way southwest suburbs of Philadelphia near Oxford, and just off US 1. It's a heathland style of design which means it's open like a links course, with scrubby vegetation, lack of trees, slightly rolling meadow or farmland terrain. This course doesn't disappoint and is one of the better courses in the area. It's a total of 7,012 yards from the back tees with a 130 slope, and was designed by Brian Ault, and has been opened since 1993. Bent grass tee to green, wonderfully conditioned, and a very interesting and strategic course to play, especially when the wind is whipping across the wide open area.

It is a wonderful links style course. Every hole is exciting; not a dog in the bunch. The high rough areas are a little too penal, in my opinion. They should cut them down a bit. I put a couple of shots into rough so high that Tiger couldn't have recovered, IF he could have found the ball.
