The course is south of Wilkes Barre off I-476. It was designed by Geoffrey Cornish in 1967 and is a parkland style course in the Wyoming Valley with tree lined fairways, somewhat rolling land, water on 4 holes, and tree lined fairways which generally won't come into play unless you're well off line. From the back tees, it's just over 7,000 yards, 125 slope, but has four sets of tees.
