Wasioto Winds golf course

Located 40 miles south of Corbin, off I-75 Wasioto Winds is located in Pine Mountain state park, and is operated by the State. It's a $10M course by Hurdzan/Fry and is set in a rolling valley surrounded by the Appalachian mountains. The course's main hazard is stream which traverses the course, it has tree lined fairways, sparing use of bunkers and some moderate elevations changes. It's a quiet setting, a cove in a mountain valley without development, and the course is in OK condition, when you consider it's operated by the State.
