The Trophy Club of Apalachee is on the northeast side of Atlanta in Dacula. It's a semi-private course designed by Steve Melnyk and is routed through tree lined and rolling land along the Apalachee River. From the back tees it's only 6620 yards, 138 slope, but is a difficult course. It's a real estate development course with homes lining the course, which is a bit of a distraction. Nice elevation change, the fairways are tight and rolling, with water in play on at least half of the holes. Nice mix of holes, elevated tee shots, doglegs, sloped fairways, raised greens, all you need for a challenging game.
