The Ridge Golf Course

The Ridge is on the east side of Waterloo routed through a residential community, about 45 minutes southeast of St. Louis. It was designed by Don Horell and from the tips can play to 6,525 yards, 71.1/120 ratings. Fun course to play, plenty of variety with the layout, a good test, but also fair. Rates are reasonable, nice basic clubhouse and facilities, with a patio restaurant for outdoor seating after the round. Doglegs on most longer holes, hills and valleys throughout the course with water on several holes that make for risk/reward shots. Nice out in the country feel to the course with wooded and natural areas bordering the holes. Good value for the money, not on the scale with Annbriar, but worth checking out.
