The Origins is a great golf course for family play at the Watersound community. the resort/community is located 1.5 hours from Panama City Beach. The Origins Course can play to a six-hole regulation course, nine-hole executive course, or a ten-hole par-3 course between 1,600 and 1,800 yards. It was designed by Davis Love. Good course for beginners and families, easily walkable, and affordable, not really a need for tee times, and available for public play if you're staying in the area. If you're looking for the more upscale courses in the area, Camp Creek and Shark's Tooth are top shelf, but you need to be a guest of the Watercolor Inn, or staying in one of the rental properties to play there.
