The Bull is located just south of Richmond on good rolling land. It's mostly an open links type of course with a few holes on the back side which have some forested fairways and is a nice change of pace. It was designed by David Pfaff, and plays to 6600 yards, 136 slope from the back tees, routed over farmland once owned by Cassius Clay. Nice conditioning, not a lot of bunkers, and a couple of water holes, a few with good elevation change, and mostly rolling hills. Bentgrass from tee to green, fair course, gives you a break off the tee.

This course sits on an absolutely beautiful piece of property that makes you feel like you are on a summer vacation at the beach. The Bull is in great shape and definitely ready for the thick of the golf season. It is a must play
