Tannenbaum is in the Ozark Mountains along Greers Ferry Lake, and is actually a peninsula surrounded by water. The entire golf course here is tree-lined, tight at times, and with a good amount of elevation change, sometimes significant. It's a John Floyd-designed course of 6,608 yards, 142 slope, and 72.7 course rating from the back tees. Difficult golf holes if you spray the ball on the tee ball, interesting and challenging holes, and with Mountain Ranch, one of the better golf courses in the area to play.

Course was in great shape this late in the season. Greens were punched on Monday and Tuesday, and already, they're practically back to normal. $25 w/ cart for a weekday morning is probably one of the best bargains in the area. Staff is friendly, snack bar is great, quick, enjoyable round.
