Sunflower is a very strong layout, especially from the back tees for a 7001 yards, and 132 slope. The course is essentially a muni, operated by Wyandotte County, but it's not your ordinary muni, save for the amount of play it gets. It was designed by Roger B. Packard in 1977, and is 20 miles west of Kansas City off of I-70. Fairly wide fairways, except for some of the tree lined holes, excellent greens, quick and true, overall well conditioned, and reasonable rates.
