Strawberry Creek is a links style design by Rick Jacobson which opened in 2006. While they had some growing in issues in the first year, the course has matured nicely and is in good condition. The course can play between 5100 to 7100 yards, and has mounded and contoured fairways bordered by tall grasses and a lot of bunkering. Fun course, the links type design allows you to bump and run it around the greens. The course is part of a real estate development that was just starting to take off, and is now a bit stalled. It was originally a private course, but allows outside play, and is really worth trying to play. It originally opened up as a semi-private, and has gone back to private, but I would image with this economy they'll be back to semi-private before long.
