Stoughton Acres is northwest of Butler and east of Sharon. The golf course is 6,246 yards from the tips, 118 slope and was designed by Van Smith, in 1964. Just a very well maintained and gentle parkland style course with a little rolling land to it. It's forgiving off the tee with most of the bunkers surrounding the green complexes, and a little water, most of the holes are tree lined, but don't squeeze the fairway too much. The greens are mid sized to large, some elevated, but mostly level with the playing surface. Nice clubhouse facility and staff, and low greens fees.
