South Wales Golf Course

The South Wales Golf Course is about 15 minutes west of Warrenton on the Lee Highway. The layout is over rolling hills in the country with only natural corridors lining the holes, some are exposed and open, others lined with trees. Not the best of conditioning, a little rough around the edges, but the course layout was fun and interesting. It was designed by Ed Ault in the 1960's, from the middle tees was 6,300+ yards, 71.5/118, and is well worth the drive out from NOVA for the low rates alone!
