Somerset Country Club is an old classic from the 1920's, plays from 5,300 yards to 6,600 yards, we play from the white tees at 6,300 yards, 68.8/123 ratings, and it's a good test of golf. Traditional style of layout with tree lined fairways over rolling hills, playing to smallish greens with well plenty of sand and water to catch the errant shot. It's east of downtown Somerset off Berlin Plank Road, in a natural setting with nice views of the town. A little expensive on weekends, but a break the rest of the week and late in the day. Good clubhouse, and an old "private club" feel to the course and experience overall.
