The course is a muni just off the I-5, north of San Clemente. It's a busy layout, at a reasonable price, especially early or late, and in decent condition. It plays to 6,306 yards from the tips, par 71, and a deceiving 116 slope, and was designed by David and Harry Rainville in 1967. It's one of the lower priced championship courses in the area, and is fun to play, albeit not a significant challenge. The course is a good layout, but the pace of play can be a problem at times.
