Saint Anne is off Shoemaker Lane on the west side of Springfield, on the south side of Rt. 57. Classic New England golf course, walkable with trees lining the fairways, beautiful in the Fall, and reasonably priced to play. Old style clubhouse, nice food service, staff in the golf shop and restaurant helpful and friendly. The layout was designed by Joe Napolitan in the 1960's, and from the tips is 6,360 yards, we play from the Whites, right at 6,000 yards, 69.8/120. Strategic course off the tee and on approach to the rather small greens. Well conditioned, especially the greens, and there's a good amount of water in play, the rough is always thick and deep, so keep it on the short hairs! Good mix of challenging holes and some to help your score.
