This is actually a great course that not too many people know about. It's located on the north side of the Lowe's Motor Speedway in Concord, about 20 minutes north of Charlotte. The course is a hilly parkland style layout by Dan Maples, and is affiliated with the Embassy Suites at the Speedway. There's five sets of tees in total, and from the golds the course plays to 7,000 yards, 73.5 / 137 ratings and is very challenging with tree lined fairways, wetlands, rock outcroppings, and good sized contoured and quick greens. Fair off the tee for the most part, the challenge comes on approach to the greens. Reasonably priced greens fees for the quality of the golf course, and generally well conditioned. The noise from the track is annoying when there's are cars practicing, or when there's a race, but not that often.
