Rivers Edge is aptly named, it's on the Colorado River at the Arizona/Colorado border in Needles. It's a little expensive in season, but drops off a bit the rest of the year. The course is a flat, parkland style of golf course with scattered trees lining the fairways, with five par 3's, and with three tees from 5,500 yards to 6,700 yards. The Whites play from 6,189 yards, 71.4/117 ratings. The course has been around since the early 1960's, designed by Harry Rainville, and has as interesting a design as many courses 5 times it price. and it is in pretty good shape. It also has a great staff and is always a fun round. The course has several very good holes and most are solid. the greens are in great shape and the fairways OK.
