Riverbend is south of Salt Lake in Riverton, off I-15 at exit 291 then west on12600 South about a mile. It's a SLC County owned and operated course that's routed along the banks of the Jordan River. It's mostly wide open with a few trees in play and some wetlands as it gets near the river. It was designed by Gene Bates in the mid-1970's, and plays to 6,876 yards from the tips with a slope of 118 and a course rating of 69.9. Well maintained and reasonably priced, gets very busy though on the weekends and late afternoons.

Fun and playable course in reasonably good condition, got around in 4.5 hours. Very scenic, some elevation change, the greens were quick and running. Good middle of the road course with a wide open links-style layout.
