River Bank is a trip back into time, when public courses were small and rough around the edges. Designed and built by Bud Edwards in 1978 as Pebble Creek, this family-owned course was sold several years ago and changed its name to River Bank. Not much else was changed.
The layout is short and relatively open. A couple ponds add some interest. At 6,038 yards (68.7/117 rating) the track is fine for family golf and novices. Small greens and minimal bunkering won't create a lot of stress on one's short game or putting.
Access is from Pontiac Trail or Beck Road to 10 Mile Road, which intersects with Currie. There is no website.

Fairly flat golf course, about the only trouble was the water. It was in decent shape given the time of year, played in 4.5 hours, price was right, but it wouldn't be one I'd play again soon with so many courses in the area.
