Strange and memorable golf experience with some of the best scenery on our trip. The course was routed over a steep slope of a hill, designed by Eddie Hackett, where the scenery carries the day. The course was fun with views out over Kenmare Bay and the Caha Mountains with the blue sea, islands, and the mountains in the distance. Tough to walk, becoming a cult classic I understand, it was one of our most talked about over pints golf course on the trip. It was about an hour south of Tralee and well worth the trip.

Playing the Ring of Kerry is a sight. It's sandwiched in with amazing views like the Kenmare Bay below it, and the Caha Mountains and MacGillycuddy Reeks towering over it, you really don't care what you score, we had a lovely round and would go back in a heartbeat.
