Red Apple Inn Golf Course

Red Apple Inn golf course is north of Little Rock just over an hour and west of Heber Springs on Greers Ferry Lake. Very nice layout on a peninsula surrounded by the lake in the foothills of the Ozarks. It was designed by Gary Panks and is 6431 yards from the back tees, par 71 with a 128 slope. Very scenic course and layout, tree lined fairway corridors, very well maintained, and just a fun course to play, not overly difficult, but still challenging. The fairways are hilly, it's lightly bunkered, and the greens are small to mid-sized with good roll. Nice facility, the inn and restaurant were designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, seemed to be recently updated.
