Quaker Meadow is on the west side of Morganton off Green Street. It has a short par three course, pitch and putt, as well as an 18 hole course. Not an upscale course or facility, but a reasonably good parkland style of layout with tree lined fairways at a fair rate. The course has been around since the mid-1960's, and was designed by Russell Breeden, playing to 6,704 yards from the black tees, 69.6/111, mostly straightforward layout, easy on the game, some nice chances for birdie, not overly difficult.

Course is still in good condition although greens are beginning to show some small brown spots and rough near cart paths is beginning to some wear. Sill a good course and a fun round.
