Quail Ridge Country Club in Acton, MA at the corner of Route 2A and Route 27 near Boston. It had been a private, members only course, but is now open to the public as well.
The course is parkland style, designed by Mark Mungeam, and routed through a pine trees and hardwood forest, and bordered by conservation land and wetlands, each hole isolated and quiet. It's a definite shotmaker's type of course which not only requires accuracy, but distance, depending on the tees you select. Some holes favor a fade, while others a draw, with a fair amount of elevation change, and frequent water in play. From the Black tees, it's 138 slope, 73.8 course rating, and 6,312 yards, with four other sets of tees.
