Presque Isle Country Club is in the far northeastern part of Maine, up against the New Brunswick, Canada border. It's an 18 hole course designed in the 1950's by Ben Gray with later revisions by Geoffrey Cornish. A very nice blend of open and parkland holes, set in a beautiful valley with some elevation change from hole to hole, although not severe. Pleasant environment, scenic setting, From the back tees, the course can play to 6,800 yards, 122 slope, and a course rating of 71.4 Fair and challenging course, a number of doglegs, and a little water, otherwise it's all right in front of you.

Course is in excellent shape, Staff was pleasant and efficient. Very nice layout, requiring lots of different shots and clubs. Some pin positions were diabolical.
