Prescott Golf & Country Club is east of Prescott on Route 69, routed through a residential community. The golf course has been around since the early 1970's, designed by Milt Coggins, with tees from 5,700 yards to 6,800 yards, and a course rating of 71.2 and slope of 124 from the back tees. Parkland style of layout through a desert setting in a valley, great views throughout the course, even the houses lining the fairways aren't bothersome. A fairly straightforward, no nonsense golf course, not high profile or high end by any means, reasonably priced, fair conditions where you can get in a quick round. Generally, a senior aged group playing the course, keeps play steady. Water's in play on only two holes, lightly bunkered, greens are good sized with some undulation, but mostly flat.
