The Port Ludlow Resort is near Port Townsend on Ludlow Bay, a 30 minute ferry ride from downtown Seattle, and it just doesn't get any better than this for great golf in a pristine setting. Three separate nine hole courses here, the original nines Tide and Timber, and the newer Trail. True parkland course carved out of the forests along the Bay. with views out to the Olympic Mountains. The courses were designed by Robert Muir Graves, and are challenging if you're not accurate with your tee shot. The routing is mostly tree lined with a lot of water hazards, lined with beautiful landscaping. It's not uncommon to see deer and eagle here. Fantastic setting, maybe the best in the Northwest.

This place is a winner in my books. The course gets a ton of play and the superintendent does a great job keeping the course in good shape. A great value too.
