Poquoy Brook is between Providence and Plymouth, south of 44, and off the I-495 at exit 5. The golf course is a tight tree lined traditional type of course that was built in the 1960's by 6700 yards, 128 slope and a 72.4 course rating. Water in play on 8 holes, several doglegs, most holes straight up and back, well conditioned, and gets a lot of play, rates are fair. The course was designed by Geoffrey Cornish and Ray Marcos in the early 1950's, and remains pretty much as it was. Keep the driver in the bag on a number of the holes.

Great golf course to ploay except for the bugs, even bug spray didn't keep them away, and the pace of play, the rangers were worthless.
