Polo Trace Golf Club
The course is located on the west side of Delray Beach in an upscale housing development, and is an open links type of course, but with water in play on eight holes. It was designed by Karl Litten and Joey Sindelar, and opened in 1989. From the back tees, the course plays to 7100 yards 139 slope, but has three other tee box options. The fairways are open and mounded, providing uneven lies,but not unmanageable. The greens vary from medium to large in size and are fast and undulating. The overall condition of the course was very good, the ball rolled true and fast on the greens, and rates were on the expensive side, but the environment was very well done overall.
