Pinecrest is a muni, owned and operated by the city of Idaho Falls. It's on the east side of town, off I-15 at exit 118 then east a few miles. The golf course is an old one, built in the 1930's, and designed by William H. Tucker, playing to 6384 yards from the tips and 69.0/110 ratings, par 70. Parkland style of layout with small greens, tree lined fairways, some fairly tight, moderate use of bunkers. Very straightforward and fair course, extremely low rates for the quality of the course. Muni facilities, but not muni conditions...they keep the course and greens in great shape. The only downside is the slow pace of play at times.

A little over 3 hour round. Tee boxes were a little beat up from the tournament, but everything else was perfect! No cart girl, and the driving range was closed for repairs.
