Pine Meadow Golf Club is on the grounds of the University of St. Mary of the Lake Seminary in the far north suburbs of Chicago. The course plays to 7141 yards, 138 slope from the championship tees, the course was designed by Joe Lee and Rocky Roquemore in 1985. The Club was founded by Joe Jemsek, who's family continues to own of Cog Hill Golf, St. Andrews Golf Club. The course is a parkland style layout with a good amount of bunkering, mature stands of trees, and a lot of water hazards. It's really a great course, one of the better ones in Chicagoland, and is extremely well maintained. It's tee to green bentgrass, and bluegrass roughs..not to be taken lightly, they're fairly penal if you get in too deep. They really dress the course up with flower beds and shrubbery near the tee boxes and greenside. It's a very interesting and diverse course to play, and will challenge every part of your game.
