Parkland style of layout with scattered trees lining the fairways, routed through a residential and commercial development. Lots of water and wetlands through the course, but mostly tight landing areas off the tee, the better golfers will appreciate and enjoy the course more. Reasonably priced to play during the week, weekends are a little pricey. Richard Phelps design from the 1980's, plays to over 7,100 yards from the tips, but has four shorter sets of tees, choose a shorter one than you usually do, and put the driver out of reach. It's located on the north side of the Springs off I-25 at Briargate, then east to the course and the development.
