Pilgrim's Oak is in Peach Bottom, Lancaster County south of Lancaster. The course is in a beautiful, quiet setting in the rolling farmlands of southeastern Pennsylvania. It opened 1996, and was designed by Michael Hurdzan, and is 6766 yards from the black tees, 146 slope, one difficult golf course, but the rates are reasonable. The course starts out with some open links type of holes where the fairways are mounded, and the greens raised a bit with nice rolling terrain. The backside has a little more in the way of trees bordering the fairways. Overall, a well designed and conditioned course, interesting layout, always keeps your attention, not overly penal, but there's some water in play.
