Pilgrim's Oak is in Peach Bottom, Lancaster County south of Lancaster. The course is in a beautiful, quiet setting in the rolling farmlands of southeastern Pennsylvania.
It opened 1996, and was designed by Michael Hurdzan, and is 6,766 yards from the black tees, 146 slope, and four shorter sets of tees. It's one difficult golf course, the course starts out with some open links type of holes where the fairways are mounded, and the greens raised a bit over rolling terrain, the backside has a little more in the way of trees bordering the fairways.
