Peninsula is a state park golf course up in Door County between Ephriam and Fish Creek. The course was built in the 1920's, and is a traditional style layout, rather short at 6300 yards, 123 slope from the blue tees, and can play the shortest at 5428 yards, 121 slope from the beginner tees with views out over Eagle Harbor. The original course was just nine holes and was expanded in the 1960's by Larry Packard. It's a nice setting, some of the fairways are a little tight, the greens small, but it's lightly bunkered. One of the better alternatives for golf in Door county, and the rates are low.
