Pelican Lakes is between Greeley and Ft. Collins in Windsor, a few miles east off I-25 at the CR-32 exit. It's a real estate development course built around a residential community routed through a series of lakes. The Lakes is a Ted Robinson design from the late 1990's, and is one of the more challenging courses you might play with water in play on most holes, and a constant wind. There's also a 9 hole course that opened in 2006, The Falls which is routed over the Poudre River Valley bluffs, and has great elevation change and views. There's nothing to protect the holes here, it's a wide open and links style of course with the wind always in your face. The Lakes course plays to 6,039 from the White tees, 68.6/120, The Falls is a par 35 course, 2865 yards from the tips, has a slope rating of 132 and a 72.9 course rating. The Falls is the more dramatic and scenic of the two courses.
