Pebble Creek is on the northwest side of Cincinnati, just off I-275 at exit 33, in fact the golf course borders the interstate. Solid layout, bordered by housing and trees, mostly open, but with some trees in play. Hilly course, well conditioned with bent grass from tee to green, water in play on seven holes, and there's even an island green, with a clubhouse modeled like Augusta National's. From the black tees it's 6,144 yards, 125 slope and 69.2 course rating, and designed by Mike Macke in the early 1990's.

I have played Pebble Creek a few times, and don't care much for it. It's very short, and more target golf then anything. If you hit the ball with any length you will rarely need, or want to hit driver. The only thing I like about the course is it does have a tough par 3 island green. Other then that, I would skip it. There are other courses around the Fairfield area to choose from. Fairfield South Trace or Walden Ponds would both be a better choice then Pebble Creek, in my opinion of course. Of those two, Fairfield is much easier and shorter. Actually, it's similar to Pebble in that you don't need a driver much. Walden winds through a subdivision, but is more of a "championship" style course.
