Orcas Island is in the San Juan Islands off the coast of Washington. The course course is a few minutes off the ferry, a 9 holer with two different sets of tee boxes for each round if you play 18 holes. It's an older course, mostly simple layout with back and forth holes, some tree lined, but not what you usually see up this way. Mostly level, a few water hazards, but no bunkers that I can recall. Enjoyable course for 9 holes, easy walk, and nice surroundings. If you play 18, there's a couple of par 5's in the mix, and the total distance is 5,800 yards,67.8/115.

Not too long, not too short, and very reasonably priced. Course is not very challenging, but there are a couple great holes that make for a very fun round. My only complain lies with the staff --- they weren't very friendly or helpful and really lacked customer service. Other than that, I really enjoyed myself.
