The Tucson National is in north Tucson off Cotaro Farms Rd, east of I-10 at exit 246, and is part of the Omni Resort and Spa here. Two 18 hole courses, the older course a more traditional layout at 7262 yards, 75.4 course rating, and 136 slope from the tips. The course has resort style wide fairways off the tee, tree lined, with plenty of water and bunkering, and was designed by von Hagge/Devlin. The second course which opened in 2005 is target desert style design by Tom Lehman. It plays to around 6500 yards, 131 slope from the tips, and plays like a typical desert course through desert washes with a nice elevation change, and excellent conditioning.
