The course was designed by Bill Robinson in 1998, and from the back tees is 6850 yards, 132 slope, and is located 30 minutes south of downtown Portland. It's a very solid layout, mostly flat, with a little housing along some of the holes. Tree bordered fairways, with fair and wide open landing areas, playing to mid sized to large greens with moderate undulations. Lots of sand along the fairways and around the green as well as water, wetlands, or streams impacting play. Excellent conditioning, interesting course to play.
