The Napa Golf Course is a muni on the south side of Napa off the the Napa Vallejo Highway. It's a basic parkland style of layout with trees lining the fairways over relatively flat land, and a decent alternative to the higher end daily fee golf courses around. Basic clubhouse and facilities, conditioning as you'd expect for a muni, gets a lot of play, but the greens fees are low. It was designed by Bob Baldock in the early 1960's, and plays from 5,700 yards to 6,700 yards, the Whites are 5,900 yards, 70.8/128. A very challenging and unforgiving 18 hole golf course. Mostly shot par 4's, drivable in two par 5's, narrow fairways and plenty of water.
