The course is near Coatesville in Chester County, way western suburbs of Philadelphia. It opened in 1987 and was designed by John Thompson, and plays to 6,454 yards from the back tees with a course rating of 70.9 and a slope of 121. It's a parkland type of course with slightly rolling land, tree lined fairways, and a creek running through 8 holes. Fairly straightforward type of course, not tricked up, in good condition, and at reasonable rates. Always well maintained; usually good pace of play with some interesting holes. A good course to build your confidence or work on your game, but not of the upscale championship caliber some of the other courses in the area have.
