Mint Valley is a city of Longview owned and operated course, on the north end of Pennsylvania Street, designed by Ron Fream in 1976 to 6432 yards from the back tees. It's one of the better, if not the best course in the area for the money, and is usually in good shape. Parkland style with tight tree lined fairways, somewhat rolling land, well bunkered, with water in play on a number of holes. It's definitely challenging on your short game, but it's fun to play. There's also has a six-hole, par 3 course with holes ranging in distance from 50 to 90 yards.
