The course is part of the Marriott resort here, and was designed by Rees Jones in 1981, with yardage from the back tees at 6830, slope 132. It's on the north side of Lexington, off I-75 at the Newtown Pike exit, then south. An enjoyable parkland type course with tree lined fairways, water, and sand bunkers on most of the holes. Challenging, yet a big forgiving off the tee, the course and greens are maintained in excellent condition. Probably one of the top courses in the Lexington area, excellent service typical of Marriott.
