Mangrove Bay is a muni in northeast St. Petersburg, on 62nd east of 4th Street. Reasonably priced, layout is good for all levels of players, favoring beginners and the higher handicappers. Plays to 6800 yards, 71.2 rating, and 119 slope, and designed by Bill Amick. Just about what you'd expect for a muni, heavy and slow play, decent conditions, and a fair and forgiving golf course. Great for the budget!

Played this course for the first time. Some tight holes are not that long and long holes open up a little more. Nice staff too. The major issue is that the greens are really, really slow. It was really the only major flaw of the course.
