Macreddin is a fine parkland style golf course about an hour south of Dublin in CO Wicklow. The course measures 7,173 yards, par 72, and was designed by Paul McGinley The course is inland about 30 km, due west of Brittas Bay, 30 minutes south of Rathdum. The course is part of the Macreddin Village development, and includes the Brooklodge Hotel, but you don't have to be a guest of the hotel to play golf. The routing is over rolling hills with tree lined fairways with elevated tees and greens in a very nice setting in CO Wicklow. Walkable, but it is hilly a bit, nice collection of interesting holes with a number of risk/reward opportunities, especially on the backside. Beautiful setting overall.

A new golf course set amid stunning settings. Still quite raw fairways and greens but the layout is stunning. Every shot is tested on this course. Expect to see a tournament held here in the future.
