Lane Tree Golf Club

Lane Tree is a private club, but open to public play. It's just north of Goldsboro off US 117. It's a fun and interesting course to play with a good mix of holes, some more open while others are tree lined fairways, all on rolling hills and extremely well maintained. There's five holes routed along the Little River, and overall there's a lot of water in play on the course. It was designed by John LaFoy, and from the back tees can play to 7200 yards, 131 slope.
