Padden is a very busy muni in the Bellingham area. From the back tees, it's 6,500 yards, 127 slope and was designed by Roy Goss and Glen Proctor in 1971. It gets a lot of play, well maintained, reasonable rates, and is a true parkland style course with heavy tree lined fairways, small to mid-sized greens, and somewhat forgiving off the tee.
