The course is near Everett, off the I-5 20 minutes out in the middle of nowhere. It's 6,719 yards from the blue tees, and a 138 slope and was designed by Ronald Fream, and opened in 1977. The course is a bit remote, a classic northwest parkland type course layout through the trees, has had some maintenance issues, but lately has been improving, but pace of play is usually a problem, mostly on weekends.
