Honey Run is one of my favorite courses in the York area. It's west of town, off US 22 at Salem Church Road, then north a couple of miles. The course has been around since the early 1970s, designed by Ed Ault, and from the tips plays to 6,797 yards, 72.4/123. Fun and interesting golf course, lots of variety with the layout over rolling hills, and always well maintained .The course is generally in great shape, they keep the fairways were hard and fast, and the rough not overly thick and keep it mowed to a length that's less than punishing. The scenery on this course is nice rolling Pennsylvania countryside, always enjoyable to play here, and a good value for the quality and conditions of the course.

This is a very good course for the price and a good one to start our trip with Thursday to SE PA. We got the afternoon discount and paid $35. The course was is solid shape and had a nice layout. One of the top courses in the area but well worth playing for sure.
